What is the cancellation policy for Windy Quests’s trips?

The following charges apply to all confirmed reservations to Windy Quests: Upon cancellation of a reservation, a cancellation fee will be charged to the client according to the following scale: 20% of the total amount of the reservation for cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the arrival date. 25% of the total amount of the reservation for cancellations made 29 to 22 days prior to the arrival date. 30% of the total amount of the reservation for cancellations made 21 to 15 days prior to the arrival date. 60% of the total amount of the reservation for cancellations made 14 to 8 days prior to the arrival date. 100% of the total amount of the reservation for cancellations 8 days or less prior to the arrival date. In case of no-show or departure prior to the scheduled date, cancellation fees amounting to 100% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged.`

Weather

At Windy Quests, we pride ourselves on providing an exceptional kitesurfing experience for our clients. While our spot has an exceptional track record of windy days, we understand that weather can be unpredictable. In the rare event that there is no wind in Nissakia Loutsa, our team will not let you miss out on the fun. We will transfer you to another spot with a different wind system to ensure you get the best possible kitesurfing experience. Alternatively, you can enjoy your days doing other activities like SUP, wakeboarding, Wing, and more. Whatever the situation, we guarantee that you will have an unforgettable time with Windy Quests.

Insurance

At Windy Quests, we take the safety of our clients very seriously. We want you to have a fun and enjoyable kitesurfing experience, but we also want you to be protected in the unfortunate event of an accident. We strongly recommend that all clients have their own travel insurance, which should include coverage for kitesurfing activities. This will ensure that you are fully covered in case of any accidents, injuries, or damage to equipment. Please note that Windy Quests will not be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during your kitesurfing coaching or trips. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter, and we look forward to providing you with an unforgettable kitesurfing experience.

Safety

At Windy Quests, safety is our top priority. We take all necessary precautions to ensure that our clients have a safe and enjoyable kitesurfing experience. We reserve the right to cease any activity at any time if safety is compromised. During our activities, we may use radio communication to keep in contact with our clients, and in the event of an emergency, we may need to take clients on a boat for transfers or rescue. We want to remind our clients that they are responsible for their own safety at all times, and that we are in no way liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur during our activities. We strongly advise our clients to obtain travel insurance that covers kitesurfing and related activities.
